The quarterly report of the Registrant on Form 10-Q for the period ending September 31, 2017 could not be filed by November 14, 2017 without unreasonable effort and expenses, because the Registrant has recently engaged new auditors which will need additional time to complete their reviewt work. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Registrant will file its Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
