On November 7, 2017 , Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2017 . A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference herein.
