Departure of Named Executive Officer
Luke V. Scorsone,
formerly Executive Vice President of Fabrication Services for Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. (the Company), departed the Company on October 18, 2017.
Appointment of New Executive Officer
Effective
October 19, 2017, Richard W. Heo replaced Mr. Scorsone as Executive Vice President of Fabrication Services. Mr. Heo, who has worked with the Company for three years, was most recently Group Vice President Operations, Fabrication
Services, International.
