Jamba, Inc. (Nasdaq:JMBA) (the “Company”) announced the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (“Nasdaq”) granted the Company’s request for a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”). The hearing will take place on November 16, 2017 at which time the Company will present its plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Rule”), which requires timely filing of periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). Previously, Nasdaq granted the Company an extension until September 18, 2017 to file all delinquent periodic reports.

The Company also announced that the Panel granted the Company’s request to extend the automatic 15-day stay of suspension from The Nasdaq Stock Market. The stay, which allows for the continued trading of the Company’s common stock on Nasdaq, will continue until a final determination regarding the Company’s listing status is issued after the November 16, 2017 hearing. The Company fully intends to continue to take all steps necessary to regain compliance with the Rule.
