On October 2, 2017, Group 1 Automotive, Inc. announced in celebration of its 20-year anniversary since going public in 1997, senior management will ring The Opening Bell ^® at the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, October 3, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
