At the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2017 Global Real Estate Conference, which started on September 12, 2017 and ends on September 13, 2017 in New York, New York, officers of Duke Realty Corporation, an Indiana corporation (the “Company”), will participate in one-on-one and small group sessions with analysts and investors and will refer to a slide presentation. A copy of this presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
