Cash Dividend Declaration

On August 22, 2017, Vishay declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per share of common stock and Class B common stock outstanding payable on September 28, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2017. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
