DEATH OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - JAMES OSBORNE

The Board and people of Ryanair express their deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Mr. James Osborne, who served as a Director of Ryanair for the past 21 years, on his untimely passing.

Ryanair Chairman, David Bonderman, said: "James will be greatly missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace."
