On August 15, 2017, Mark A. Schlossberg and Gregg A. Lapointe each notified ImmunoCellular Therapeutics, Ltd. (the “Company”) that they resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective as of such date. Neither Mr. Schlossberg nor Mr. Lapointe resigned because of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
