As announced in the Form 8-K filed with the Commission on June 15, 2017, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer resigned and was replaced. The change in management of accounting and financial reporting has resulted in delays in preparation of the Company’s quarterly report for the second quarter. (Attach extra Sheets if Needed)
