that it has teamed up with AIG Travel to offer Registration Saver
(Regsaver) to insure fees associated with booking youth sports
seasons on the SI PLAY platform. This arrangement between SI
PLAY—one of the most widely used and fastest growing software
companies in the youth sports industry—and AIG-backed Regsaver
provides an alternative to no-refund policies for illness, on- and
off-the field injuries, and active military or job transfers,
aiding SI PLAY parents, league administrators and more than
17 million users.

SI PLAY CEO Jeff Karp says: “We found that SI PLAY users playing
in leagues without refund policies were searching for a solution.
SI PLAY decided to fill this gap in the industry with an additional

Under the new arrangement, league administrators will no longer
need to worry about offering or processing refunds associated with
illness, injury, or job relocation for parents who purchase
Regsaver. Next Wave, in partnership with AIG Travel, will directly
handle all customer inquiries and claim processing to reimburse
parents for covered claims.
The Regsaver insurance policy will be offered in tandem with SI
PLAY’s seasonal registration process. When registering seasons on
the SI PLAY platform, parents will have the option of insuring all
of the registration fees for their event. Regsaver will offer
coverage for illness, on- and off-the-field injuries, active
military service transfers, or job transfers. If a parent files a
claim, AIG Travel will handle the inquiry directly, saving league
administrators time and hassle.
