Sino Fortune Holding Corporation (the “Company”) requires additional time to work with its auditors to prepare and finalize its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 (“Form 10-Q”). The Company anticipates that it will file the Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
