On August 9, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing, among other items, that its Board of Directors has approved the continuation of a quarterly cash dividend program for fiscal year 2018. The press release also announced the Board's approval of an increase and extension to the Company's share repurchase program. The press release is attached as exhibit 99.
