On August 7, 2017 , TIER REIT, Inc. released supplemental information regarding its financial results and operations for the quarter and the period ended June 30, 2017 , by posting to its website its Second Quarter 2017 Supplemental Operating and Financial Data and issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter of 2017 . The supplemental information and press release are included as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 to this report and are incorporated herein by reference.
