Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On April 6, 2017, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) and the majority shareholders of Nate’s Food Co., a Colorado corporation (the “Company”) approved the filing of the Restated Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of common stock of the Company from Five Hundred Million (500,000,000) to One Billion Five Hundred Million 1,500,000,000.

On July 26, 2017, the Company filed the Restated Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State for the State of Colorado.
