announced it has been ranked #1 in the consumer packaged goods
category on Forbes' 2017 list of America's Best Large Employers. In
addition, Kimberly-Clark was ranked #48 among the top 500 employers
across all industries, up from #147 last year.
The annual Forbes "America's Best Employers" rankings were
compiled via an independent survey of 30,000 U.S. employees in 25
industries. Employees were asked how likely they were to recommend
their company to friends and family, and which organizations they
would choose in addition to their own. The survey also looked at
benefits, workplace diversity, career development opportunities and
recognition of employee performance.
