Materion Corporation Declares Third Quarter Dividend

Materion Corporation (NYSE - MTRN) announced today that its
Board of Directors declared a third quarter 2017 dividend of $0.10
per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on September 5,
2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August
18, 2017.
The dividend is a reflection of the Company’s continued
confidence in the strength of its business, its prospects for
long-term growth and its ability to continue to grow the business
organically, as well as through acquisitions while returning cash
to shareholders.
