Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you, in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A., in order to report that Mr. Santiago Andrés Sosa Suárez, who was appointed Alternate Director by the Regular and Special Shareholders Meeting held on April 26, 2017, submitted his resignation -due to personal reasons- effective July 1, 2017. The aforementioned resignation shall be considered by the next Board of Directors’ meeting.
