Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 28, 2017, Nexstar Media Group, Inc. (the “Company” or “Nexstar”) eliminated the Chief Revenue Officer position and transferred these responsibilities into Nexstar’s broadcasting and digital operations. As a result of this transfer, Mr. Thomas O’Brien resigned as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Business Development and Chief Revenue Officer effective July 31, 2017.
