ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On July 28, 2017, Capstone Companies, Inc., a Florida corporation, ("Registrant") emailed a third party stock analysis ("Report") posted on the Seeking Alpha website and about the Registrant's Common Stock, $0.00001 par value, ("Common Stock") to shareholders of the Common Stock for information purposes only. The transmission of the Report was not part of any authorized, intentional program to promote the Common Stock. The Registrant issued a retraction of the emailed Report to all recipient holders of the Common Stock. The Registrant did not request, pay any consideration, or otherwise communicate with the author of the Report, Seeking Alpha or their affiliates about the Company or the Report. The Registrant was not aware that the Report would be published prior to its publication online.
The information in Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K is being furnished, not filed, in accordance with the provisions of General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K.
