Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 25, 2017, UMB Financial Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original Form 8-K”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) to report on the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017, and to announce a quarterly dividend. Subsequent to the filing, the Company discovered that a slide in the investor presentation attached to the Original Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2 contained an incorrect percentage. This Amendment No. 1 to the Original Form 8-K (this “Form 8-K”) is being filed to furnish a revised slide with the correct percentage. The revised slide is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and will be available on the Company’s website at www.umb.com.
