Announcement Regarding the Eurobond Sale Transactions

Our company sold Eurobonds (XS1298711729) with a total nominal value of USD 3,000,000, comprising portion of the Eurobonds previously added to its portfolio within the scope of our Board of Director’s buy-back decision dated July 27, 2016, at an average price of USD 105.625 totaling USD 3,217,146 on July 24, 2017.
