Other Events .

On July 21, 2017, BIO-key International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its common stock had been approved for listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market, and that it expects to commence trading under its current trading symbol “BKYI” on or about July 25, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
