On July 18, 2017, Navient Corporation (the “Company”) issued an informational press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 were available on the “Investor” page of its website located at https://www.navient.com/about/investors/. Additionally, on July 18, 2017, the Company posted its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 to its above-referenced web location.
