Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) announced the Audit
Committee of its Board of Directors has appointed BDO USA, LLP as the company's independent
registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2017, effective
July 13, 2017.
BDO will replace Whitley Penn LLP, RCI's previous auditor.
