Regulation FD Disclosure.

Patterson Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) previously announced that Kevin Pohlman would begin serving as Interim President of Patterson Animal Health, effective July 1, 2017. On July 11, 2017, the Company announced that Mr. Pohlman has been named President of Patterson Animal Health, effective immediately.
