opening of Nexa, a mixed-use apartment community located in North
Tempe.
The five-story luxury development features 399 apartment homes
and 4,300 square feet of ground-floor retail, consisting of Press
Coffee and Kuka Sushi. First move-ins began in late April and the
official grand opening will be held in October. The community,
already 40 percent leased, has seen tremendous success in the few
months it has been open.
