On June 22, 2017, IntriCon Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing (i) the completion of the introduction of its advanced digital hearing devices into Hearing Help Express’ (HHE) product line and (ii) that management is unaware of any reason why the Company stock has experienced a recent price decrease. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
