The Bank has made the following announcement to the Indian stock exchanges under the Indian listing regulations:

 

This is further to our letter dated June 15, 2017. The Committee of Executive Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today has approved the proposal for fund raising by way of issuance of senior unsecured long term bonds in the nature of debentures in single/multiple tranches on private placement basis.
