TORONTO, June 20, 2017 /CNW/ - First Asset Exchange Traded Funds announces the following regular cash distributions for the month and quarter ending June 30, 2017.   In all cases, the distribution will be paid on or before July 6, 2017, to unitholders of record on June 29, 2017.  The ex-dividend date in each case is June 27, 2017.   

The distributions in respect of the Advisor Class Units (as denoted by ".A", ".D" or ".V" after their ticker symbol in the table below) are the last distributions in respect of these units.  As previously announced by First Asset Investment Management Inc., the manager of the First Asset ETFs, on or about July 14, 2017, the advisor class units will be converted into the corresponding common class units of the same ETF.  Thereafter, the former holders of Advisor Class Units will receive any distributions announced in respect of the Common Class Units that they received in connection with the conversion.
