June 16, 2017: ("Grande West" or the
"Company"), a Canadian bus manufacturer of heavy-duty mid-sized
transit buses for sale in Canada
and the United States, is pleased
to announce new orders for US private market customers.
Grande West's exclusive US
distributor Alliance Bus Group ("ABG") will deliver ten (10)
Vicinity buses for private customers in New York, Boston and Boca
Raton. The names of the private companies will not be
released for competitive reasons.

Grande West stated, "Starting in
January, our sales and engineering groups have been working closely
with ABG sales staff to respond to many public and private RFPs
across the US. We are now seeing that diligent work pay off, much
like we saw in the early days of our Canadian sales ramp. It's very
exciting to know that within the next two quarters, Vicinity will
be operating across four states in the US which include
New York, Georgia, Massachusetts and Florida."
These orders are already included in our backlog as a previous
order from ABG.
Backlog: Current total firm orders for Q2 2017 through 1H 2018
delivery are for two hundred sixty five (265) buses valued at over
$96 million CAD.
