The Bank has made the following disclosure to the Indian Stock Exchanges under the Indian Listing Regulations.

 

The Committee of Executive Directors of the Bank is scheduled to have a meeting on June 20, 2017 to consider, inter-alia, the following:

 

“fund raising by way of issuance of senior unsecured long term bonds in the nature of debentures in single/multiple tranches on private placement basis”
