On June 11, 2017, Ms. Irit Ben Ami ended her third term as an external director in our Company, as defined under the Israeli Companies Law, 1999. Ms. Irit Ben Ami has served as a member of our board during nine years, and has also served as the chairperson of our audit committee. BiondVax would like to thank Ms. Irit Ben Ami for her many years of service.
