On June 7, 2017, NuVasive, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Edmund J. Roschak, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s NuVasive Specialized Orthopedics division, will step down from that role effective June 30, 2017. Mr. Roschak j
oined the Company in February 2016 in connection with the Company’s acquisition of Ellipse Technologies, Inc., where Mr. Roschak previously served as Chief Executive Officer.
