On June 6, 2017, BioSolar, Inc. (the “Company”) issued
a press release to announce that the Company has executed a joint development agreement with Top Battery Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer
of advanced lithium-ion battery solutions, based in the Republic of Korea.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company is furnished as
Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
