On June 5, 2017, Silicom Ltd. (the "Registrant") convened an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at 14:00 (Israel time) at the Registrant's offices at 14 Atir Yeda Street, Kfar Sava 4464323, Israel (the "Meeting"), however the Meeting was adjourned for one week to the same day, time and place due to lack of quorum. Accordingly, the Registrant's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be reconvened on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 14:00 (Israel time) at the Registrant's offices located as detailed above .
