Explanation of Responses:
(1)  On 5/31/7 Mr. Hobor was granted 600 shares as compensation which vests 25% on each of 6/30/17, 9/30/17, 12/31/17 and 3/31/18.
(2)  Includes 7,704 shares directly owned by Justinan R. Hobor, 10,000 shares owned by Roundwood Capital, LLC where Justinian R. Hobor is a managing member, and 81,630 shares where Justinian R. Hobor has limited power of attorney to execute transactions on behalf of his advisory clients. Mr. Hobor does not have voting authority over advisory client shares.
