Geophysical Company (NASDAQ: DWSN) (the "Company") is pleased to
announce the appointments of Philip D.
Lathram as Vice President of Information Technology and
Thomas F. Phillips as Vice President
of Applied Geophysical Technology.
Mr. Lathram joined Dawson Geophysical in 1991 as a Computer
Technician and System Administrator. He has served as Manager of
Information Technologies since 2005. Mr. Lathram holds a degree in
electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology and prior to joining
the Company worked in similar roles at Seismograph Service
Corporation.
Mr. Phillips joined Dawson Geophysical as Principal Engineer in
2013. Prior to joining the Company, he worked at INOVA Geophysical
Equipment, Ltd., from 2003 to 2013 as Vice President of Engineering
– Souce Products. Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in
Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University, as well as a Masters of
Business Administration from Oklahoma
Christian University. Mr. Phillips' role will include
supervision of the Company's data acquisition operation and support
services.
