Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 22, 2017, RigNet, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by William D. Sutton, age 63, its Senior Vice President and General Counsel, that he will retire from such role with the Company effective June 23, 2017, following more than 9 years of service with the Company.
