Item 5.07

Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. (the "Company" ) was held on May 23, 2017. On March 31, 2017, the record date for the 2017 Annual Meeting, 8,121,836 shares of the Company's common stock were outstanding and entitled to one vote per share upon all matters submitted at the 2017 Annual Meeting. The matters voted on at the 2017 Annual Meeting and the voting results for each matter are set forth below.

(i) Election of Directors . The following nominees were elected to serve as Class I directors of the Company, each to hold office for a three-year term to expire at the Company's annual meeting of stockholders in 2020.

(ii) 2016 Employee Equity Incentive Plan . Stockholders approved a proposal to amend the Company's 2016 Employee Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to increase the annual individual award limits relating to stock options and stock appreciation rights under the Plan from 100,000 to 250,000 shares of common stock.
