ALPHARETTA, GA, May 24, 2017 -- Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. ("SWM" or the "Company") (NYSE: SWM) announced today that the record date for its previously declared first-quarter dividend will change from Friday, May 26, 2017 to Friday, June 2, 2017. The declared dividend of $0.42 per share remains unchanged and will continue to be payable on June 23, 2017 to shareholders of record of the Company's common stock at the close of business on June 2, 2017.
