EMPLOYERS® (NYSE:EIG), America's small business insurance specialist®, has named Thomas M. Warden as senior vice president, chief data and analytics officer for EMPLOYERS. Warden brings to EMPLOYERS strong experience in the fields of data and analytics with 30 years in the industry. This position reports directly to the chief operating officer, and is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s data and analytics strategy, building and leading a highly skilled, analytical organization delivering data solutions and capabilities that enable fact-based decision making.

Warden joins EMPLOYERS from Bridgevine Strategy Partners, LLC where he held the position of president. Through his 30 years in the industry, Warden held various positions with increasing responsibilities that will add a valued contribution to the EMPLOYERS organization. Warden holds an MBA in Finance and Investment from Harvard University and a BS in Accounting from Ohio State University.

Warden is based in Reno, NV.
