Commencing May 18, 2017, management of Buckeye GP LLC, the general partner of Buckeye Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”), will be presenting to and participating in meetings with certain investors. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the materials to be used in connection with those presentations and meetings. On May 18, 2017, the materials are being posted on the Investor Center page of the Partnership’s website, at www.buckeye.com.
