May 17, 2017 the Registrant’s Australian subsidiary, Wonhe Multimedia Commerce Ltd. (“Wonhe Multimedia”), filed with
the Australian Stock Exchange an Announcement regarding (a) the development by its Chinese subsidiary of its next generation router,
and (b) sales results for its YLT 300-J router. A copy of the Announcement is being filed as an exhibit to this Current Report.
