(d) Effective May 15, 2017, Carla D'Andre was elected a director of Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the "Company"). Ms. D'Andre was appointed as Chair of the Insurance and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company as well as a member of the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

On May 15, 2017, the Company issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing Ms. D'Andre's election as a director. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
