On May 11, 2017 , Ideal Power Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 2.02.
