Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers

 

On May 8, 2017, Ira Greenstein voluntarily resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Document Security Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Greenstein’s resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
