Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 3, 2017, Intel Corporation (the Company) announced that, effective May 31, 2017, Diane Bryant, Group President of the Companys Data Center
Group (DCG), will take a personal leave of absence. Ms. Bryants leave is expected to last approximately six to eight months. Navin Shenoy, Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Client Computing Group (CCG),
will change roles and assume responsibility for DCG, and Ms. Bryant will be appointed to a new position when she returns from her leave. Dr. Venkata (Murthy) Renduchintala, Group President of the Client and Internet of Things Businesses and Systems
Architecture, whose organization includes CCG, will serve as acting head of CCG.
