Installed Building Products, Inc. (the “Company” or “IBP”)
(NYSE: IBP), an industry-leading installer of insulation and
complementary building products, announced today the acquisition of
Legacy Glass & Supply, Inc., located in Sanford, Florida.
Founded in 2005, Legacy Glass & Supply primarily provides
shower glass, shelving and bathroom mirrors predominately for
single-family residential customers.

Supply expands our product offerings in the greater Orlando market,
by adding an extensive line of shower doors, shelving, mirrors, and
bath accessories. Legacy Glass & Supply represents our fifth
acquisition of 2017 and I am pleased to welcome them to the IBP
family. We have an active pipeline of potential acquisitions and
remain focused on selectively acquiring well-managed and
