Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective as of April 24, 2017, Mr. Jeff Skelly has been appointed as the Senior Vice President – Strategic Projects of Key Energy Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Key Energy Services, Inc. (the “Company”). Prior to April 24, 2017, Mr. Skelly served as Key Energy Services, LLC’s Senior Vice President – Operations Quality, and is currently deemed to be one of the Company’s “named executive officers” pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s disclosure rules.
